About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Enter and update product information, pricing, and inventory levels on Shopify
2. Ensure accuracy and consistency of product listings, including images, descriptions, and attributes
3. Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure product availability
4. Conduct regular quality checks to identify and correct any data entry errors or inconsistencies
5. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on product information and promotions
6. Generate reports on product performance, sales trends, and inventory status as needed
7. Stay updated with Shopify features and functionalities to leverage them for efficient data management

Other requirements

Proven experience in data entry, preferably in an e-commerce or Shopify environment.

Proficiency in Shopify platform navigation and data management tools.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

Ability to work independently and efficiently manage workload and deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field, e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, etc.

Proficiency in a specific software or tools relevant to the internship, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, programming languages, etc.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per data entry).
