Business Development (Sales) Internship

The day-to-day responsibilities of an Intern will include-

1. Work on lead profiling, customer acquisition, prospect management, and customer onboarding
2. Make outbound calls to qualified potential clients both within India and internationally; provide solutions and close sales
3. Support inbound customer calls; explain to them about product features & conduct demos
4. Engage customers by providing them with options of customized service offerings to meet their business need
5. Maintain, build, and update CRM
6. Coordinate with the development, support, and marketing team
7. Research different tools & strategies to increase sales and business opportunities
8. Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of existing products and offers
9. Maintain relationships with existing customers
10. Work on understanding client needs, offering solutions and support, answering potential client questions, and following up on call questions
11. Work on creating informative presentations, presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
* Persuasive and goal-oriented.
* Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
