As a client relationship manager at Stareye Media & Entertainment Private Limited, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your role will involve understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Key responsibilities:
1. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner
3. Utilize MS Excel to keep track of client interactions, feedback, and preferences to tailor our services to their needs
4. Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Hindi, ensuring clear and concise communication at all times
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to provide a seamless experience
6. Identify opportunities for upselling our services to clients to drive revenue growth
7. Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to continuously improve our services and enhance the overall client experience
